IMOGEN ALABASTER

Contemporary female figurative artist living and creating in Edinburgh, Scotland. She studied Drawing and Painting at Edinburgh College of Art, and now has a studio in Outer Spaces, Edinburgh Park.

Alabaster specialises in sumptuous oil paintings that stretch between abstract expressionism and realism, being particularly focussed on portraits exploring maternal identity, her first pregnancy and her new self that was born along with her son.
